Easter Passion
After having been enchanted by an Easter parade in Mallorca, I resolved to explore this tradition further. The opportunity arose to travel to Sicily where Easter ceremonies have been influenced by Spanish customs. From Holy Thursday to Easter Sunday we moved between the towns of Ispica, Enna, Barrafranca and Scicli, each of which have their own take on celebrating Easter. Back to Picture Galleries ยป
